Muslim diners should check with the outlet before ordering.
Ingredients and Sourcing
LiHO sources Taiwanese Guan Yin, Jing Syuan, Oolong and Da Hong Pao tea leaves directly from Taiwan tea estates (inherited from the Gong Cha supply chain). Golden Pearl brown sugar pearls are made with Taiwanese tapioca and local brown sugar. Fresh milk and oat milk come from Singapore and regional dairy suppliers. The Kaya in Kaya Toast Milk Green Tea is local pandan kaya.
Calories and Nutrition
LiHO Singapore does not publish a full calorie sheet. For reference against industry data: a Classic Milk Tea Medium at 100 percent sugar is around 320 to 400 calories, Golden Pearl topping adds another 180 to 220 calories, Kaya Toast Milk Green Tea Medium is around 500 to 600 calories (the cheese ice cream and toast biscuits add significantly), and Pure Jasmine Green Tea without sugar is around 10 to 20 calories.
Allergens, Gluten and MSG
LiHO milk teas use non dairy creamer by default (contains milk proteins and may contain soy). Golden Pearl brown sugar pearls are tapioca based and gluten free. Oat Milk drinks contain oats (not gluten free unless certified). Cheese Ice Cream and CheezHO contain dairy. Kaya Toast Milk Green Tea contains wheat (toast biscuit). Fresh fruit drinks may contain traces of other fruits. The brand does not add MSG.
Vegetarian Options
Most LiHO drinks are lacto vegetarian: all milk teas, CheezHO cheese tea, Fruitea, Avocado Garden and Lit Coffee. For vegan diners, Pure Tea (Jasmine Green, Oolong), fresh fruit teas without milk or cheese foam, and Oat Milk drinks are safe options. Note that non dairy creamer contains milk proteins, so standard milk teas are not vegan despite the name.
